One of the most common questions that we receive is about cleaning up after pets on synthetic turf.
Cleaning up after your pets is really quite easy when you have GrassTex synthetic turf. GrassTex designs products with pets in mind and this is the main reason why our customers unquestionably love their synthetic lawns, dog parks, and dog kennels.
Routine maintenance on synthetic turf includes using a leaf blower to remove any sort of debris or leaves and a quick spray of the hose to wash off your lawn.
It is safe to say though, with pets there will eventually to be animal waste or urine on your beautiful synthetic turf yard. For solids, simply scoop and remove. For a cost-effective solution to remedy any odors that may exist after waste removal, you can neutralize with a mixture of equal parts water and white distilled vinegar by spraying on the exposed area with a pump sprayer or spray bottle. Feel free to saturate the area. Allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes and then rinse with water.
